DislikedAs far as I remember, this is the closest mt4 version to that mt5 version {image} {file}Ignored
DislikedJust one little indicator. Here is a "DMA" indicator that calculates "DMA" (the same thing as dema but this one can be applied to sma, ema, smma and lwma instead of just ema) - the idea that is found in the paper {image} It is also showing that if metatrader 5 code is used as it should (without attempts to have metatrader 4 equivalents) the code is much simpler and much faster then the code that is starting to float around (and which is hard to recommend to anybody to use). Maybe people need some simple examples, and this is one simple example how...Ignored
Disliked{quote} Kudos to you as always for your selfless contributions to this great vocation of trading, you are indeed in a class of your own. Please I would greatly appreciate it if you could convert this your masterpiece indicator to MT5. Several HMA exist in MT5 format but not this particular one which is fully customisable, I found the Zerolag Hull average but it pales in customisability with Zerolag Hull Variation MT4 I know you are ever busy creating amazing stuff but please find time to flip this one as well and add to your legacy of master indicators....Ignored
Disliked{quote} Thanks for your swift response Like I said there are already some MT5 versions but they are not with the several option that the MT4 version offers. {image} This is the flagship, the standard for HMA indicator in MT4 Now the following below is what comes closest it's called SDL by another coder{image} Then compare with the Zerolag HMA MT5 overlaid. {image} I hope you understand my predicament. {file} {file}Ignored

DislikedA friend of mine brought to my attention one "trend" : there are more and more "wonder" indicators that are presented on the net promising all sorts of "get-rich-in-no-time-and-live-happily-ever-after" stuff. The usual "wonders" they are using are centered tma, Hodrick Prescott filter, regression analysis and some similar (mentioning just those that are actually worth being mentioned - not for being "wonder" indicators but because they are based on sound mathematics) Since the "wonder" sellers are running out of ammunition (there is not too much...Ignored

Disliked{quote} the problem is.. that I know its very well, now.. and you know.. but I also know traders, who set Fractal's period =1, or Moving Average period =0.25.. for example, on H4-chart.. and then they wonder: why is mladen's indicator not working? {quote} I agree here.. errors are possible.. especially since I'm not aprofessional programmer. but this is initially awkward, not universal code: PlotPoint() & CleanPoint() that's why I refused to use it. in general.. I warned you about glitches.. good luck!!Ignored
