segment counting is one of the oldest techniques, i like it and it makes sense.

of course there will be phases where everything is jumbled and you don't have a clear view of what the prevailing trend is.

but when the sun is shining, it is an (almost) unbeatable tool.

I had a similar experience to yourself but with a different 'trader'. As a result I never answer requests for help anymore.
