Octive Long Setup.

Trade 1 entered at market.

Not alot of what I would call good setups on the 30 symbols.

Certainly trading GA is risky enough and this entry was not even a Quad Setup so let's see if it comes back to bite me.

UJ could have also been shorted via an Octive Short signal however, I really would prefer a rolling over of PA on the D1 TF and a Quad formation.

I will monitor it over the next few days to see if an entry is worth it.

All trades taken will be posted here with details via link in Post 1.

If I were trading this live, I would most likely close the trade at this point and wait for a reversal at resistance...

Certainly that is the better entry when waiting for a Quad formation.

But I took on a bit of risk and went long off an Octive Signal.

D1 signals should start to populate the charts soon enough but if they don't then it's either a sidelines waiting game, choose other symbols other than the current 30 or attempt some lower TF Quad entries.

Octave Signals worked out very well for me the last time I was active here. I used my 1,2,6 scaling technique to very good effect... Weathered a rough period relatively unscathed... Not a big fan of lower TF entries.

Yes one only has to conduct a visual study of ltf Octive setups to appreciate the risk involved.

Well price went deep against me on the GA long entry so far in fact that it made it to within 10 pips of my 2 OG SL only to reverse hard and is now in positive territory.
