Hi Gents (great thread Masterrmind), can anyone recommend a MFF approved trade copier for use with their accounts. I have a 100k Rapid and soon will get the 10% Live so need to copy vice versa but with a replication factor to reflect the differing account sizes...

I also intend to have the eval account as well but trying to figure out how to trade all the accounts simultaneously?

Many thanks

FUNDINGTALENT FRAUD
Hello,
someone, a native English or maybe French speaker, should inform the police in Canada, Halifax and also the state or county lawyer/prosecutor of Halifax and also Nova Scotia. All the problems and activities are described within trustpilot. They are not licensed at all, so really any housewife could do a 8-figure business in Canada with worldwide customers on all continents without having any license ? Also there is and was no funding at all, the name Funding Talent tell us something different in the name itself. There is no money at all except what CEO Jessica Ghaney gets from subscription fees. When She says it is now a game only, then she must license this firm as casino game with a license to do casino. But flying around on her private jet but not do the payouts is just a fraud. I expected a 43k profit split on my Challenge Elite and got zero payout. Is there any organized group of scammed traders who want to seek some legal action together here ?

The whole business model was new to me a few weeks ago. They had no negative press in July with biweekly payouts, no commissions and super narrow spreads. But it is just a kind of Ponzi scheme I realized later.

Just a question to Pipmaster77, you are from USA ? And you have 9to5 job, correct ? How can you do trading cfds with any of those prop firms, which is strictly not allowed in the USA ? Also to do such a kind of business I strongly guess there is kind of license certainly required to do business, so in fact they cannot offer their business to US customers. I would also see problems to do business with Europe. At the moment it is not that regulated in EU but they are just sleeping. They will react when it comes a bigger business. And how can you do with a right mind and support illegal activities from those so called prop firms ? These are no real prop firms and they all rely that the most traders 92%+ fail in their attempts, otherwise they all get problems. So there is a risk in nature itself if too many profitable traders come to the table.

Anyone should stay away from this shady business area. Just trade yourself on your own live account on a reputable broker.

Thanks for the advice, however, I am doing great with 2 of these firms. The big benefit vs. my own personal account, is I have zero skin in the game, not a dime of my own money. To make the income on a personal account would require a very large account, with all of my own money at risk. I view the 10-15% of profit they keep as an insurance premium to not have any of my own money on the line.
Sorry you had a bad experience, you simply chose the wrong company, despite all of us here warning you. So to come in now and just make a blanket statement against prop firms is really due to you not taking the advice of folks actually using these firms and signing on with the wrong compnay.

Lol you lost any right to give advice on prop firms QAnonAndy.
A strong advocate for a scam prop firm giving advice to people who were wise enough to steer clear from said scam prop firm.

-This is the beauty of trading with an offshore, unregulated broker. There are no laws prohibiting US citizens from trading with such brokers. And only brokers that operate within a regulated jurisdiction, or, that have reciprocity with US regulatory groups etc. are obligated to satisfy such regulatory compliance requirements. This is why we see overreach attempts that target money transfer methods or so-called money laundering/anti-terrorism used as justification for going after some of these offshore brokerages.

In the case of prop firms, even if they make use of a regulated broker that would otherwise prohibit US residents, that requirement can easily be circumvented by having traders operate on demo accounts while pushing live trades only on their live accounts, under their own name/entity, that is likely allowed to trade with said broker. The trades that traders make on demo accounts are effectively considered signals at that point, where the prop firm can take (or not take) whatever signals that they choose.

Also, not all prop firms or brokers require series7 or similar licenses for traders, especially those that operate outside of any legal jurisdiction that might require such things. Additionally, most of this may become irrelevant, depending on how things are structured.

Things can become murky when you consider signal providers where no discretionary involvement takes place, account management, financial services et al., and a lot of these legal gray areas are what will likely become the target of regulatory groups if/when they start looking more closely at these non-traditional prop firms.

Regarding FT I have just discovered:

https://nssc.novascotia.ca/sites/default/files/docs/2021-03-26 ForexTips101 Ltd et al Decision.pdf

Could anyone please explain what is meant here in more clear words to any traders around ?

Do you/anyone see still see a second chance that there is a further review of Nova Scotia with some more stronger actions ?

Any suggestions what one can do when being scammed from FundingTalent ?

Thanks.

It means you should have learned to read months ago instead of touting this scam dumpster fire.

This happened before FT even had challenge accounts. Jessica's bout of lying and obvious fraud started at this moment when she told court X and when the people said WTF only demos and no live funds? she then backtracked and said in instagram she executes trades... She found herself in quite the pickle.

But you promoted her, so you are part of the scam.

Folks need some perspective. A prop firms funds, including their profits dont belong to you.. EVER. It doesn't matter if you are trading with a registered exchange listed firm or a retail forex prop firm. None of that money ever belongs to you and its their choice to pay you or not. The legit ones will pay the others will find reasons not to.

Even in futures firms people get their profits taken from them because of a missed volume target or something.

Thinking you can treat a prop firm like a broker is stupid, at no point in time does the prop firm say you own any money. You are only part of an opportunity.

Back in July when you were promoting these scammers I replied to you that at best FT is an outfit with serious cash flow issues, and at worst it is a total scam. In any case, pretty much everyone here made it clear to stay away considering there are other, much more reputable, options available. I remember you were quite adamant about not following that advice.

It’s mind blowing these people bought into the obvious scam, then cry foul when they got scammed. It wasn’t like people didn’t try to warn them.

You guys should pay QAnonAndy no mind.
No sane thinking person could have confidently supported and praised FT they way he did at a time when everyone felt a crash was imminent.
He's a Funding talent sleeper agent.

What did Jessica do back in march after her court issues? She came back online and tried to drag all other prop firm down with her claiming they were all operating a Ponzi scheme.

Now that FT has fallen even deeper, it's only logical that she would use QAnon (again) to talk crap about the whole industry like she once did.
