Daily S/R Levels for Monday

  1. So far, this pair is slowly beginning to show the effects of Shark pattern. The traders of this pattern have achieved TP1 1.1815 and now are probably pushing for TP2 that is roughly sitting around F point marked on chart: 1.1742 area!
  2. However, the road to TP2 is not straight. We could expect blockage around 1.1798! If that doesn't stop bears, we would have to watch 1.1770 as the next crucial support area, since it is sitting at the edge of the dashed blue channel.
  3. For bulls, we now have 1.18355 as nearest resistance. Without a break above this level, we can not think of a bullish continuation. (Keep in mind that I am speaking solely for Monday, since these levels will shift day by day and I will try to update).
  4. Largarde was highly positive, and I said I am switching to bullish. I am still behind my words, but it seems like market want's to first dump before pumping and maybe that way the missing right shoulder of the Inverted H&S that I was wondering about will be completed. I am just thinking out loud. Time will tell.
  5. Long story short: As long as below 1.1835/40 we better keep trading the shark pattern and continue rolling downhill with these hungry bears until we hopefully reach 1.1740/70 area!

EURUSD is most likely to dip lower towards 1.1770 after strong rejection from 1.1900 and breaking below a rising trendline.

The downtrend in the short term is forming well and should be able to last for the first 2 or 3 days in the coming week.

Once it reaches 1.1770, there's a potential inverse HnS forming for a bigger bullish movement.

shorting EU as well this week due to the DXY long sentinel. Last week EU seemed tk have had a healthy retest and is on its way with its continuation. Looking to short until 1.17999 area. Once it gets this area I will wait to see what the market gives me.

Finally i will have possibility to close my short from Wednesday ( at 1.1830).
Now with trailing SL, but hope i will close it in area 1.1760 - 1.1775 if price will not back over 1.18 before Frankfurt open.
