What I am giving you is the median price formula calculation from MT4 documentation, for your case, you have a purpose and reason to find some average etc, and maybe can use another name for it instead of yearly median price? the word median seems to have a different meaning to you than the definition in MT4, so no point debating on it, you can always work out your own formula for whatever you are trying to use it for.

Do any one have Chart symbol synchonise indicator ?

Example I have opened 4 charts on same pair, if i change pair in 1 chart rest 3 charts also change automatically on same pair

You are comparing two different things!
MedianMA.mq5
Median MA is a moving average, which is calculated using the median price for a given period.
A sorted array of prices for the specified period is used for calculating the moving average.
A value from the array of prices with the following index is used:

  1. (N-1)/2 - for an odd N;
  2. ([N/2] + [N/2 + 1])/2 - for an even N

With two input parameters: Period & Applied Price

If it's not something like that you need, try to be clear and put in a formula whatever you're realy looking for...

Could someone tell me you recognise what kind of indicator prints these numbers on the candles, and what meaning are they?
Even when I delete in indicator list all indicators, when I change TF the numbers are still there (if numbers were generated by any of these indicators, after removing when I change TF, numbers would disappear too). Only when I use all objects delete scripts, then numbers not print anymore

I must have picked it up by utilise a pre-made template but what is it? it does not count candle it counts something else

It is tough for anyone to guess what indicator it is, you should do some debugging on your own by noting down the list of indicators on the chart after you apply the template, then open a new clean chart without any indicators on it, and add these indicators one by one and see which one produces the numbers.

Load the template onto a clean chart then right click on the chart and see what indicators have been loaded by the template they should appear in the indicators list. Obviously the template is loading something.

If the indicator in the template is not in your indicator folder then it will not load anything.

I know that, I am replying in response to his previous reply that after loading the empty template, he said he saw the numbers appearing on the chart again and alive when changing timeframe. You can look into the tpl file he posted and check, there isn't any names of indicators in it. All are just object names.

Good day!

I trade exclusively off of horizontal lines - that is my only indicator. It take me a few minutes each day to place the various lines on the chart (high from 2 days ago, yesterdays high, yesterdays close, virgin POC's, weekly open/close, etc.)

I was wondering if anybody could create an indicator to read these levels from a cvs or text file and place them directly on the chart with labels.

Is this doable?
