This doesn't fit in with FTMO's plan I know, but can easily be made to do so. I'm in no hurry just playing around with them at the moment.
Regarding pivots, my ex boss cleared just under 250k over just trading pivots (camarilla) last year. If they don't work for you then don't use them, but it's surprising how often prices retrace to the daily.
