MT5 Equity graph, losses-wins histogram and averages?

As per title, do you know of a free tool for MT5 that provides:
- Graph of equity over time
- Histogram of closed ops with average win and loss
- Other account performance related stats.

Someone needs to post something simple with source to get things rolling.
