Pivot Trading

I have only started to take trades today for the week, but looking at all the setups this week there must be some monster results from some people trading pivots this week

Closing shop for the week.
Not trading much past weeks in order to sort out some personal stuff.
I considerable reduced my lot size this week until I can focus 100% on trading, probably going back to "normal" next week.

GC EN EG worth be on watchlist for the next week.

I have noticed that certain setups for the following week can sometimes start thursday/friday of the current week so these are for next week to be continued

I had a look at next weeks news projections as well , you cannot get them all but they come out early ob Bloomberg calender around thursdays

Hi All

I have been trying to sort out my risk based on a cash amount per batch trade, so i wanted to get things even as best i could

My first stage is to match cost per pip across all base currencies, i have worked it out in GBP as i am UK so i took EG as it has a cost per pip of £1 with a £0.10 lot size

I got it as close as possible but not exact but im sure it will be close enough or at least many times better than it is, so excluding leverage all below lotsizes will roughly be £1 per pip

XXX/GBP = 0.10
XXX/USD = 0.14
XXX/CAD = 0.18
XXX/JPY = 0.15
XXX/AUD = 0.19
XXX/NZD = 0.20
XXX/CHF = 0.13

So if we are breaking our entries into 10 peices we can use the above lot sizes and say 500 pips on each currency will now roughly be the same loss or profit on any pair

Whereas before using 10 entries with the same lotsize of 0.10, 500 pips on EG would have a value of £500 profit but 500 pips on say EN would only be £250 profit, this way they will both be around the same

Vast majority of USD news projections are negative for the coming weak, will be interesting to see how this affects USD pairs for the early part especially as all but NU are already close to S/R 38 areas

This is my third week trading with Davit's pivot trading. I am pleased that for the first time my results are consistently good for three weeks. That has never happened to me before. I will continue to study and practice. Thanks to Davit!

After the last 5 weeks or so this is the best success i have had at trading in 8 years, i only wish i started it a lot earlier

The first few weeks i was suffering much bigger DD than i would have like so i put TDI back on my charts to try and see if it would make me patient with my entries, maybe i will be able to remove it as time goes by but for now i feel i need it

Since last thursday i have only been taking trades which meet all criteria exactly

As it was demo i took trades on pairs which are not really recommended so please dont shoot me down as i wanted to test the DD as much as possible, as when live will stick to the pairs suggested

Here are my results since last thursday, the top 3 pairs on the chart are still running and all others are closed
