The weekly won't help that much to make decisions but no it is not a double bottom.. There I think of a M type harmonic pattern forming.. Meaning: we can't blindly rely on weekly support area.. It still can break lower!

For now: On my daily chart I am noticing a potential macd divergence.. That's the only thing which makes me suspicious about this bearish environment.. That being said we shouldn't rush.. For now I am first expecting a retest to 1.1713 area.. Will it support or not is still a mystery.. Time will tell!

Intraday wise, it is best to look for bearish signs, since 1.1755/65 is strong resistance..

I hope it clarifies..

Before I call it a day I want to share the H4 chart one more time..

  1. 1.1752 is really critical and I am inclined to sell this resistance..
  2. A weak but alternative scenario would be bulls storming up to 1.1798 and getting rejected from there.. So we can not sell blindly.. we must look for confirmation before we risk a sell around 1.1755/65..
  3. If rejection happens our first target is 1.1713 area but it can go all the way down to 1.1692 area with momentum.. Here I will check if bears can touch 1.1690 or not.. Bulls will hope that it doesn't happen!
  4. Overall we are in critical hours and Asian session could be the deciding factor.. Time will tell..
  5. Long story short: with current situation in mind I am still with bears!

Red diamond y'all
The way i see it, this week will most likely close bullish with a hammer, reason being that we are in the process of making what looks like a double bottom and we just had a bullish engulfing candle yesterday indicating the presence of bulls. The real question for the week is will price close above 1.18350 or not. i am inclined to buy dips.
If the double bottom scenario plays out, we could be in a bull run to 1.28800 till end of year.
Risk comes from not knowing what to do

Good Morning.
Hoping for a touch of 1.1725 so i get rid of some sells and then it could go to test 1.1750 again
or maybe just now at 1.1737 euro close yesterday.

Almost all of FED speakers talk about tapering so to me this rebound from 1.1700 is technical from oversold conditions but not very logical fundamentally.
I prefer sells and am looking for those.

Hi traders..

For today I think it is not sell time yet.. Bulls didn't even try hard to pierce through 1.1750 at all.. I expect them to do it today and only after that we could look for sell opportunities but not before.. I would be surprised if this goes straight down.. Time will tell..

We are slowly nearing my critical levels 1.1755/65 but robber banks might cut off the game earlier as they often do so be careful with longs starting from 1.1748..

H1 Status Update

Bulls have the upper hand yes BUT we still might be inside a range.. Whenever I buy dips, I prefer to keep taking profit close to resistance! But soon, once bears kick in for deeper correction, I will not buy nearby dips anymore.. I will wait for deeper levels like 1.1715 area..

Bulls have to achieve a candle close above 1.17495 for continuation.. Did not happen yet! Don't rush!
