And I am getting back in shorts again with a new setup, sold 1.18312. 4h needs to close back below 1822 right after though, so little hope for this one also, BUT hope has no place here ! Just follow rules... Getting my allowed volume back in from my closed 1794 shorts and waiting again to see if my long-term positions survive the week.

My view of Euro on the 4H

1: On the very left I had a support getting violated equating to bear strength.

2: We then proceeded to have this descending triangle structure with lows below the previous support break. This triangle created its own support line.

3: After we broke the resistance of this triangle and wicked, price re-tested the bottom support where it seemingly accumulated in the triangle after seeing bull strength.

4: Last night after breaking that resistance again, we had a strong pullback to re-test price where it broke resistance and supported (potential more accumulation). Now we are at this resistance line that is the last strong resistance touch and the high of the previous breakout.

I have no strong long term opinion yet, just sharing my view. The only thing I know is that there's finally some reasonable clarity and I can see potential for bulls to change the long term trend which is why I'm not short right now.

Today was a test for me and I only came out positive due to money management. Side lined until I see new highs then short.

Target hit

Pair made a new high and so I entered my first short position.

Not long after entering the trade, it closed.

Entered a small long position as pair slows its fall.

Well, there upper band stop right on the spot. bears how have up until 30 min to give up or settle later at 1795 ish 1785 or we potentially see 1856-1880 with no looking back into the 1940's. I am all bullish in from 1757 19xx to create a new monthly lower high well back into the 1.2xxx.


Levels, I am watching is the close @ 1817 then we will be well over the 161.8 on daily

Observe what's happening on the daily timeframe and you notice that, the lows are very close to each other, today(FOMC) shouldn't be any different. I am still on the buy the dip basis and my view/bias was strengthen when we took out the highs of last week(bullish engulfing candle loading).

Based on my experiences with FOMC, the price usually go for the extreme edges. In this case, the last hope for bulls based on my system is @ 1.17773.

To cut long story short,
I have a buy limit @ 1.17773
Sl 50 pips
Tp @ 1.19191( a possibility but am skeptical. Anyways anything is possible with FOMC)

I expect this order to activate during FOMC. So patience is required

For me it is important how the resistance turns out. I sell everything under it and I buy everything above it.
if resistance will not be broken, we could go directly to support

D1 it looks like a bullish flag....

I expect the resistance will be broken after FOMC .. (if this happens, a new growing channel will open up for us in the future)... will see

1.1790 can be S1

Based on daily we have to watch 1.1803 1.17995 support today..

The closer we come to month's end, it seems like we will witness lots of choppiness and a serious fight to stay above 1.1800..

Again: A monthly close below 1.1800 gives bears all the reasons they need to drag this lower.. I still believe that pump phase is over and this move we are in is the early phase of the dump.. Careful dear bulls!

Based on H4:

Bulls still have the upper hand, and we could expect retests towards 1.1831... (Please consider 1.1818 as well for extra resistance)

What could block bears for the next 12 hours or so is my MA line at 1.1795 and 1.17825 as the last man standing support level..

My 2 cents: the bulls will push the price to 1.85ish - 1.19ish range then the bears can take over and push the price going south again. COT started moving to the bears side for the past 3 weeks.

I always wonder how members from North and South America are already here.. Sacrificing precious sleep for trading the European session.. Lots of empty Red Bull cans have probably already built a hill on the bin..

I get up at 3 AM to trade. No Red Bull, but plenty of black coffee ! Sleep is overrated
