My 1776 countertrend trade now has 7 pips secured with a SL at 1783. TP is now at 1798. Sticking out like a sore thumb here ! Thank you Willord21 for showing me I am not alone ! I am done here, getting back to only scalping 3-7 pips. Cheers all see you tomorrow.

Last note : one of the most helpful skill I have developed throughout the years :

Learning to adapt to the changing environment, reliably and repeatedly.
If I don't mention SL and/or TP = longer-term setup possibly in the works!

Who would be shorting this low? See how healthy those candles are?

Buying low selling high is a way much safer approach.

1856 -1880 should be a better shorting area for 1703 i.e if price should stay above 1810 this should work a bull up until 1988, potential 2054

Trade safe

meanwhile, ES taking a nose dive. Likewise eurusd should look the other way.

Glad I followed my rules, this looks like (as of now) a perfect 4H support bounce and a "stop hunt" on the daily. I am very happy with my long at 1.17669 and expect that the long term downtrend has finally ended. Potential 1.3 here we come?

Current long TP is at 1.1904 (143 pips) , SL break even. If we make it there, I will re-enter long at 1.1836.

If I identify any resistance or bulls get weak later on today, I will take profit and look to re-enter on a pullback. My guess though is that this bull move will be fast and violent (if we are in a brand new bull trend)

Note to self: The other scenario is that we found bull weakness on the daily, and we're having a pullback for bears to re-enter before dropping lower. If that's the case, my rule requires that 1.17908 holds!

Well done fellow traders ! I guess the silence was because I was the only selling . Great to hear from you all!

Price is in growing volatility mode. Now different strategies are at play ! Bears momentum broke up in one go, after a steady and easy to get in with tightest SL 45 pips drop. Momentum trades out for the day, both ways.

Now I am done buying myself with a last scalp in profit with SL at 1.18144, where I will sell again, if gets back down there in the next 30min.

A few weeks ago i did see a guy on bloomberg who was asked about the bonds market.
Surprisingly he said "No comment, bonds market is manipulated".

merged into a 15 min growing volatility war coming from established resistance(did grab a partial 8 pips from it),

and now merging possibly into 4H momentum trade... will know for sure in a couple of hours. So now SL for my remaining volume has been taken off. Probably will have an update only tomorrow.

TP is open for longer-term, minimum .1730s

If I may.... For me, 4 subsequent bear candles breakouts (of previous candle) +-50% retracement makes it a no no no bull flag. BUT a nice pullback if price continues now to 1904, where I will buy again with a tight stop 1793!

Based on H4, the only level I care for until tomorrow is 1.1802.... Bulls have to make sure to stay above it at all cost!
