Here i took a long...

...And the reason being that my indicators (that are lagging )told me to...how?... Ok MACD and RSI is tired on 5M and 15M so they are in zync for a change of movement....one minute is the entry so when one minute went a bit down I went for it...it takes practice and focus but is easy....I place a 10 or 20 pips stop as per precaution and wait to be in profits to lock at +1 or +2 and get a free trade...then I let it go or see if they get tired again...
...If stopped rinse and repeat....
...Is just a recipe and Patience is a must...

...There is no power now so all you can do is get stopped out but I call it picking sherry s... after 2 or 3 o'clock my time wish is Germany and London open is when it all start picking up specially e/u wish is the pair that I concentrate...

...Now I'm lock in profits or a free trade...

... to close to price so I got stopped out...now rinse and repeat but no loss...
