You advertise completly different.For live accounts you charge commision and spread which is very expensive .Plus your spreads are not competitive.
I've a live account with GP, the spread is really competitive and zero commissions.

How can we open multiple orders of the same pair simultaneously in your brokerage? I say so because I can't do it with some expert advisor

I trade with Global Prime and I'm able to open multiple orders of the same pair simultaneously.

But if you meant to ask help on grid trading, then visit the Global Prime discord server for a free grid trading script download.
Process is the kernel of trading.
Managed to eke out a gain of +10% with this test account, still haven't got the hang of placing trades.

Another gripe is the opening prices often cause exaggerated candles which makes visual analysis useless.

I believe that you offer 200:1 leverage if the trader completes a successful risk assessment. Can you tell us what is involved in the risk assessment? What would stop a trader from being allowed 200:1 on GP?

Hi,

Our standard leverage offered is 1:100. We may be able to offer up to 1:200 leverage for FX after an assessment of your trading style. Leverage for XAUUSD and XAGUSD is limited to 1:100, CFDs are also limited to 1:100.

Please fill out the below questionnaire to apply for higher leverage. After we receive your response we will work out a maximum exposure in lots that you will need to keep below in order to maintain your higher leverage.

Important: If you hold more than your agreed maximum lots exposure we will notify you by email and you will have 24 hours to reduce your exposure back to the agreed limit or your leverage will be changed back to 1:100.

1. What is the MT4 Account # you wish to adjust the leverage on?

2. Do you hold positions over the weekend?

3. What are the maximum lots you intend to hold at any one time if you add up all open positions?

6. Which pairs do you intend to trade the most?

I just want to give a feedback on the support team,

it's the first time i can discuss with true human ! And for the first time i see a native french (tired to speak with my bullshit english with Neteller support,etc)

and 2 times he answered me in seconds, and write long answers to be sure we agree,etc. (even when i was writing in english)

and after that we even had little chit-chat without formality ,

honestly it's refreshing, i hope the trading conditions will be good surprises like that also !

Thanks for all your help and good work you guys are doing, BTW I'm now trying the commission free trading (Your support staff are worth their weight in Gold)

Question: My one qualm with trading on your platform is with regard Indices in particular HK50 (HSI) & JPN225 (Nikki) one is not able to do 0.1 lots instead the minimum is set at 1lot for both, why, why is that? I got burnt last week with the Chinese regulatory business which affected HK50 dramatically , which of course is my fault NOT GP's.

But honestly I suspect I have no option but to switch to either LMAX or Roboforex who both allow for minimum 0.1lot size on all indices.

I did notice ALL indices and commodity trades are directed through to VIDARR, is the assumption that this YOUR preferred liquidity provider has set the bar at 1 lot?

Thanks for the kind words! Most of our support staff are clients that we've hired so you end up speaking to a trader like yourself.

As a reference point for all our indices. 1 index point = 1 unit of base currency ie: AUS200 = 1 AUD - US500 = 1 USD - UK100 = 1 GBP etc

We stopped offering USDTRY since May 2020. Turkish authorities classified certain FX transactions under a broad "market manipulation" umbrella - and were threatening large fines to banks who continue to trade. Our Prime Broker BNP Paribas therefore ceased clearing and settlement of TRY pairs.
