My chart and numbers tell me that 1.1950 is my goal as well....my preference is that I'll be like you and get out BEFORE it hits 1950. My chart tells me that 1920 is the key to today.

Mental stop should go a little below 1.1888..

Always trail or manually..

But if you are curious about a target I would say for today don't expect anything higher than 1.1915.. I keep my targets short when market moves sideways..

Actually my preference is to get out before Powell opens his mouth at 2pm. Regardless of where the price is.

EDIT: Oh I see you are scared of what Chairman Powell is going to say, I missed that on the calendar so thank you.

Personally I think that Powell is going to be ultra-Dovish. How? I suspect that Powell will mention that the FED will begin talking about tapering later this year but that the actual process will probably begin in 2022 and be data dependent.

Unlike the prior USA administration the current POTUS wants/needs for a weak dollar to pay for all the spending.

Why do I believe this? Look at the US stock market - consolidation after a big jump yesterday. VIX is dropping, 10 year rate is below 1.5%.

All signs point to dollar weakness so...

Now it does.
1.1985 zone would be 50% of the latest moves.
