Currency futures a slow gring today, move were made during london session picked off some ticks on slow reversals, now mostly reverting back to earlier trend. Indexes were really nice breakouts from fairly tight sideways movement.

Passed on the Rty today not a great decision but latley this has been very jumpy

For those wondering I've decided to mostly stop trading FX and concentrate on futures. Between the tax benefits, they are much better regulated, I have reliable volume numbers, very little slippage and way better spreads. Truthfully the spread issue is mostly due to my broker who is much more oriented towards stocks, options and futures, FX kind of an after thought.

At this point yes I could switch brokers, but I'm very used to my platform and really have no desire to keep 2 platforms open just so I can trade FX.

Well this was my shittiest trading day in a long time, not so much about the money made some, but trades I took. NQ trade was fine right up my alley good choice, good trade. But trades on ES and YM were just terrible PA was crappy and ugly. Bad me.

Very good index day, currency some big moves due to USD last 2 days but poor timing for me happening when I'm not trading.
Kept a close eye on indexes today after the crappy PA yesterday and poor trading on my part. So kept moving my SL up which turned out good for ES and YM, NQ wound up with steadier PA but I did the same there also and picked off a big trade.

Had a good Day Today, focused mainly on Jpy pairs as they looked strong, smashed my daily 50 pips target +81 pips, love this way of trading, Thanks again Rocky
p.s the other indicator is just an Adr stop indi im trying out but not trusting it at the moment stops are not tight enough !

Absolutely loving this strategy, but changed it up a bit.

I scalp off the 1 hour TF for 5-10 pips. I also use a Lucid Sar oscillator.

for me, I like the cross of the William % to cross with good vindication. Can’t be a small cross, 70% of the line has to over the line it crossed.

Do I get it right that what you are saying is this:
I enter only if the W% indicator goes below -70 for short or above -30 for long?

No, we enter when the W% line crosses 50 line with volume.

Here’s an example. Notice how more than half the the %r line is on the side that it crossed too. You want there to be a nice gap that crosses with good volume

Indexes a messy day for NY open, currency I took a couple of trades, strong USD again but movement down is slowing somewhat so stuck with 6b and 6c which showed most weakness. Got lucky on Oil with a fast trade up.

Good observation the 50% or better indicates a much stronger signal then if the signal line is just barely crossing also the angle of the signal line is important, the steeper the angle the better the signal(in general).
