answer to post 128 is in post 134. I will tell again no problem. The candles must be above or below the two yellow band lines. if candles are inside the two yellow lines w don't trade.

post 1 clearly says that the candles must be forming above or below the yellow synergy bands. The two lines are part of synergy indicator i attached in post 1.

Well no I don't use any meter in this strategy. Currency Strength can give good indications. There are over 2000 different indicators developed to make people lose money. That is why i try use little or none of them. I try keep away from indicators as much as possible.
I have tried to write a small pdf explaining the method in detail. Attached.

I agree totally,that currency indicator is only a guide of what's hot or what's cold,I don't need it,not essential......broker have all in place to lose money,if they can't make profit,thats no business from them....so we can't rely on them to earn
