The Jail Break System

Note: EUR/USD is up 179 pips for the month of May.

For the year EUR/USD is at break even as of right now.

Not up 1 pip or down 1 pip.

I find this to be very interesting.

Note: USD/JPY is up 65 pips for the month of May.

For the year USD/JPY is up 710 pips for the year.

USD/CAD double bottom on the weekly.

We might see a reversal.

NZD/USD 4 hour chart.

With the U S Dollar getting stronger I think this has a change to break support.

AUD/USD 4 hour chart.

I might break support soon.

USD/JPY 1 hour chart.

Breaks breaks on through to the other side.

I hope you are fine. I'm watching your charts. Can you explain the conditions of buy position of your new system (H1 chart)? For exampe:
1- Price must cross Ten-Kansen(İs it safety) or price must cross Ten-Kansen and Kijun-sen( may be too late) or Ten-kansen coss Kijun-sen?
2-Price must cross donchian(may be too late)?
3-%R Williams must cross -50 or-20 or Williams must cross ıts 20 EMA?

I hope you are well.

A little over a year ago the Jail Break System worked pretty well. Then for some reason the US Dollar started to weaken. When this happened, foreign currencies became stronger and stronger. And that's when Jail Break System began to fail. So I had to adapt, I have recently noticed that every Monday seemed to set the tone for the rest of the week.

What I have done now is use the high and low from Monday, you can see the green line at the top and the red line at the bottom of Monday. I have added a middle line now. I setup 8 major currency charts Monday evening.

I use the Williams % R, with the 20 moving average as my guide. This is the heart of the Jail Break System work.

I also use the Ten-Kansen and Kijun-sen for conformation, and the Donchian Channel is also in there.

This is how I trade. I never trade on Monday.

When Tuesday comes I will only trade the major currencies, the reason I do this because they have plenty of volume.

I trade on the 1 hour chart only, because I feel it's safer. I will wait for the 20 day moving average to cross above or below the Williams % R.

This is very important detail, I will only make a trade when the 20 day moving average crosses the Williams % R going north it has to cross between ( 12-2 on a clock ).
When the 20 moving average crosses the Williams % R going south it has to cross between ( 4-6 on a clock ).

If it doesn't cross strong, I will not make the trade.

The reason I depend on the Williams % R and the 20 day moving average to make my decision is because I can get into a trade quicker even though I'm on the 1 hour chart.

If you want to be more a conservative trade you can wait for the Williams % R to cross the 50 on the oscillator.

Also, when you see the Williams % R buried at the top -20 or less or buried at the bottom -80 or more. What this means is the direction is very strong and it's going to be headed in that direction for awhile on the 1 hour chart and higher time frames as well.

Don't think that a pair is over sold or over bought when it gets buried at the top or bottom. The Williams % R isn't the RSI indicator, far from it.

I trade Tuesday- Friday 7am - 11am only. Central standard time.

I hope AUD/USD drops a lot.

Hopefully the US Dollar gains.

I think AUD/USD has the potential to drop 2,000 pips if the markets tank, Dow Jones, and Nasdaq.

I think London is 5 hours ahead of me.

I always look at the 2am open for London to see what happened.

I agree, I think gold is way under valued.

GBP/USD 1 hour chart.

Since May 17th this pair has been ranging, I find this to be fascinating.

It's like the pair is getting ready or waiting for something.

All the larger time frames also point upwards for gold monthly and weekly.

That's good news.
