In my opinion the short setup is too clear, many people sold or shorted the wedge because the last top was similar. Market makers spread everywhere that a correction is looming and that central bank divergence would drive EURUSD lower. It seems broad consensus, so I just wonder who is not yet positioned to push it through. A rebound from here would be a much higher surprise than a break, that‘s why it might actually happen. Maybe all these shorters are early birds and the central bank convergence trades starts only later in the year. Let‘s see.

Meanwhile on H4...

My S/R levels for the next 12 to 16 hours or so are telling me that we might have a correction first before it might or might not drop..

Potential targets for the bullish correction, starting from nearest are: 1.2201 and then 1.2224 area... Maybe up to 1.2240 based on momentum..

*Please notice how important 1.2180 support level is for today..

In other words, I think selling as high as we can and as close as we can to 1.2225/40 zone seems to be the wiser option.. Of course if breakout below 1.2180 comes earlier than expected we have to adapt..

..and here are my Monday levels which should be effective even today!

  1. 1.2203/15 area is main resistance until 1.2182 area breaks
  2. My potential highest high for today sits around 1.2234/44 but it is a maybe for now!
  3. Advice for the day: Don't take any breakout for granted when it hasn't happened yet!

The day is longer from now, we can still do scaping asap short or long after 4H candle finished. Don't waste too longer time instead doing watching and much analysis . 1H chart is already 3 green should be goes down minimun 15 pips or more

H1 Status Update

For my followers: 1.2184 is current aggressive buy level.. but DAMN resistance 1.2203 area is still a pain in the neck! Beware!!!

*Also notice how macd divergence signaled the bull move...

Looks like a small falling wedge which won't go lower than 1.2191 if it works. Breakout above 1.2196.
EDIT: Hasn't worked :/

New pending order buy limit: 1.2185..
Stops must go 24 pips lower or more.. TP is as always damn resistance area 1.2203..

I closed both my short trades, one of them at BE, +10 pips in total, and I guess I need a break. I am not convinced bulls are ready to give it another round, thus staying on the sidelines until the range is broken either way. Good luck friends!

If you see 1hr closes below 1.2179, then give up your longs and wait sidelines for a while.
