Pivot Trading

with WTI retracing I'm in favor of EU and UC to the closest pivot point. PP(ADR low) and R38 respectively

Hi, GE. Nice exercise. I can't decide for EU and EC and UC but for NC and AC I think bearish is more probable. However, WTI can change everything it is forming a symmetrical triangle but the breakout above is more probable. If it happens it is probable that it drags CAD up also.

Right now my focus is on EN.

These are the results of my charts for today. My results were better than expected. I did not change anything on these charts as it would serve absolutely no purpose to anyone.
My chart of the UC showed up , then down. I felt that 121.00 area might probably hold and then possibly decline depending on WTI today , which I felt had R38 in its sights.

I trade the UC the most of any pair. I'm surprised at how the market seems to be shrugging off the positive News out of the US. Actually , I'm very surprised. I must admit that my apprehension for this pair is building for a tremendously swift upward correction (confirmation bias kicking in). I have to guard myself against this way of thinking.

As mentioned , my results were better than expected. However , today's results are part of the culmination of thousands of hours of diligent work on my part as instructed by Davit back in 2018. If I can do this , then 99.9% of traders can do this IF they commit to learning Davit's System. Thank you to Egbert , Ibar , R61 and many others who are far better traders than me on this thread. The .01 percent (obviously its a number I picked out of my arse) can never be successful at trading Forex. My Brother-in-Law is a Structural Engineer. Designed bridges , helipads on hospitals , etc. His analysis is amazing , however , he absolutely cannot click the mouse button to put on a trade. He mentally CANNOT COMMIT TO PHYSICALLY CLICKING THE MOUSE BUTTON !!!! Mark Douglas talks about this very scenario in his video series , but , here's a person in my own Family that cannot perform that simple function. A man who's IQ is 138. He tried trading and blew his account up in less than 2 weeks. He THOUGHT that this very system , Davit's Pivot Point Trading System , was too simple for such a complex marketplace. He just shakes his head at me.

So folks , Davit put on one of these fun events a while back and I think that I was wrong on every chart , but , thought that I knew what I was doing.
Guys and Gals , do yourself a huge favor. Commit the time to learning from these traders. You will be amazed , not a doubt in my mind.

My trailing stop got triggered for EN. Not bad 1.25% profit. Now I'm focusing on EU, I think something is going to happen soon maybe not.

Wow the wining rate of Pivot Trading is amazingly high. Caught EU, 2% profit so far. Thanks Davit the simplicity of your system makes decision making easy.

PS. Closed the trade for 2.8% profit. Today 4.05%.

Thanks Egbert. Volatility is the most important factor for speculators. However, this simple fact is ignored by most traders. I think brokers purposefully misdirect the newcomers. Everybody is talking about liquidity and trading volume and how pairs like EURUSD are safe because of liquidity and low spread. But none of the marketing experts in this industry is talking about range of movement. When a pair doesn't move we cannot make money simple as that. Therefore, I think trading volatile pairs with wider spreads are a lot safer than trading liquid pairs with narrow spread and narrow movement range. Moreover, there is another ugly truth that I think brokers don't want us to realize. If you want to make money trading pairs like EURUSD you need much more leverage to compensate for the lack of volatility and that is exactly what they want.

Congratulations Egbert. Your way of trading is too aggressive for me but I like the way you can do it perfectly. I lack the deep view you has therefore I heavily rely on extreme Pivots and only trade retracements (As Davit said before, the more price gets away from weekly pivot the chances of it getting back increases exponentially). But I've seen numerous times here that you can pinpoint trades near equilibrium pivot perfectly. Amazing job!

All the credit to Davit,

When it comes to trading countries against each other.
- Ask your self, how does the rest of the world see that currency?
- How is the central bank using measures to keep their economy from inflating/ deflating?
- Is those measures having an effect as they wanted?
- What other measures can they still apply?

Just some off my thoughts.
