On my chart it looks like it closed right at that and the high was 2082? You place all your trades as entry orders at a set price and then let them get hit? Or sometimes just enter at current price?

on the stops mostly I place them fairly well below some recent low within the last x amount of time usually 4-8 hours. Majority of my trades I seem to be in for 12-24 hours. Depends on the position size. Sometimes I’m looking for that quick bounce / rejection and I’ll take a larger position with a much tighter stop. Most of it comes down to “what am I willing to risk on this trade if I am very wrong” - when trading 15-25k being wrong by say 20-40 pips isn’t a life changer. But it does suck when I have 6 of those in a row. My pattern is I will have 1 really awesome trade and then a bunch of small bad ones which then cut in half the wins of the good one.

still learning and thankfully keeping myself pretty much at breakeven on account size. Every day I go back and look at where I was and what happened. Often it’s hard to piece it all together but some days it’s very clear “wow you weren’t seeing anything right”

I hope be patient for long. Check H4 how much volume and candle? Its very bear. We need low volume and narrow bear candle to start long.

Im a peaceful loving trader and am simply chilling out and enjoying your company. Anybody is free to take and leave what they want, but of course, if there are enough of you that are bothered by my sometimes numerous and long posts, I will of course be happy to stop.

Very few can find any value in my posts, and I understand that also.

But please consider others in your frustrations to not find value in something you yourself decided to continuously read. And above all, lets avoid insults and remember that what is negative for you might be positive for another. Why not just click ignore instead of making this anything more than it is... We are all just sharing, nobody owes anything to anybody.

Because of NFP last week and statements of FED I believe that we are still bullish.
But not sure if we are finished on the downside.
If the price moves above 1.2086 I will take a shot and hope that the downside is done.
Specific numbers based on M15, M1 and other timeframes.

This was the weirdest bearish shark I have seen in my whole trading career.. I haven't traded it though.. It was so obvious that banks were prepping for this pattern for days and here we are.. That was the "sudden" move I was expecting.. but I didn't see it coming this way.. I am relieved now and not much left to shark's TP1 point 1.2066... As you can remember I also put a TP2 on my H4 chart but I am not sure if they will go for it or not.. Time will tell..

Hello again Monk ! No, it was based on the previous candle, at 2077, which was cancelled since it missed my criteria by a couple of points... But one did form at 20844 lately.

To answer your other question. Actually, very few of my trades use buy stops. I just prefer those to share as they give me the time to write. But the vast majority of my setups enter normally or with dynamic entries points(with various EAs..dont ask me about that !

Ok, Im done, my latest buy stops are now at 2078 and 2089. Others posted are still active. But they will all be cancelled soon, probably in an hour or two, depends on average range and volatility...

Sincerely sorry to all who have been bothered by me my posts. You are clearly more than I thought. I m not always that annoying ! And also, if interested on why I am so different, feel free to check my posts and some of the many trades Ive shared in the past, and charts, and how I have been piling up longs in this long term trend for over a month now. Some have told me to have found some very helpful things... Anyways, Im just another trader...

How could anyone hate you? Yeah you’re obviously a Euro bull, which is fine, (your exuberance is slightly annoying when I’m trying to short), but I very much enjoy your contribution here. Don’t stop.

So the price seems to have settled at the 2070 area, which is 61.8 of the previous rise on the H4 for Fib lovers. It dropped way longer and harder than I thought it would. I’m not going to buy again yet. It’s still resembling a falling knife.

EURUSD Daily outlook


Ichimoku analysis (1-Hour chart) Tenken-Sen- 1.21127 Kijun-Sen- 1.21269 EURUSD has lost more than 50 pips on upbeat US CPI data. The consumer price index rose to 4.2% for Apr over the past year from 2.6% in the prior month. The US 10-year yield surged more than 4% after USCPI hits the highest level in 13 years. DXY is trading slightly above 100-H MA at 90.40. A jump till 90.80 likely. Technical: On the higher side, near-term resistance is around 1.2150, and any breach above will take the pair to next level. 1.2180/1.2260/1.2300. The pair's near-term support is around 1.2070, violation below that level targets 1.2045 (100- day MA)/1.1980. Indicator (Hourly chart) CAM indicator –Bearish Directional movement index –Bearish It is good to sell on rallies around 1.2100 with SL around 1.2150 for the TP of 1.1980.
