as you know mt4 propertiesL if there is no tick in market watch whatever the pair, there will be no time updates,
so will use a compination of TERMINAL/LOCAL TIME,
year, month, day and hour from TERMINAL
minutes and seconds from LOCAL

US30PipValue/TotalPipValue * (100 pips) =
32.6/35.6* (100 pips) = 91.573 = 92 pips

you can find the risk of wieghted pair accurately and feel it as a risk: is it moderated/tolerated or very risky, or almost zero risk ?
