In my opinion, the best thing one can do as an aspiring trader is to learn how to read charts, and stick to basic price action. Learn to recognize basic patterns and candle formations. My preferred broker is IC Markets, Raw Spread account. Recently it introduced only these cryptos: BCHUSD, BTCUSD, DSHUSD, ETHUSD and LTCUSD.

Thanks. Spread is good for metatrader broker. but limited access to many cryptos is a weakness.
I trade with binance. But I hate their platform. Metatrader is best.

I agree with you there; no one can predict the future or the unknown. Best thing is have control over what is controllable. [Your equity and what amount you are willing to risk ... aka lose] If you stay clam and cool, look at the explosion in BTC valuation and the monthly chart. You will see a price moving 90 Degrees north. The market cap surpassed Google and Apple. Where will the next trillion of Dollars will come to push BTC higher?!!!

For now BTC should start correcting and re-distributing its market cap among many small players. Case in point Ether and ALT coins ...

There is also the leveraged / margin buyers, which is quite popular in market types like these.

Which translates into a correction of 10% is intensified by margin calls to 20% and vise versa!

Just my humble opinion!

One interesting thing has happened in this crypto selloff. BTC market share has gained from around 63% last week to 67% now, although still down from around 80% earlier this year.
