If I had a long above 2040, Id be closing it now and let bears have their volatility fun time.

Big (smart)risk = big rewards

Bulls have been in control for almost 50 hours now. And with some sweeeeeeet tight momentum for almost as long.

If they start to put an end to long term correction, it would probably be with a clean (tight SL gooooody)break above 70, maybe now.

I cant wait to see ifi it gets far enough before us news. Maybe I will not even need to manage my longs and have an early weekend !!!!!

Outlook on EU as per the H1 is continued bullishness, a look to the left gives a clear indication of how price retesting key resistance handle which coincides with that falling wedge target and H4 bulls managed to clear 1.20500 handle which has been the last line of defense for bears......as such will be looking to use any dip as an opportunity to go long.

At around 1.2095 we reach the resistance through the Jan/Feb highs again.

For someone with huge long exposure it might make sense to close a bit before NFP. Just in case. Most wall street banks expect payrolls above consensus of a million, apparently big data based indicators are that strong. That said the shadow expectation is probably also above a million.

I am careful around 1.2090... Waiting on side lines feels better or I will keep buying dips if I see enough amounts of a drop..

heres what I generally do before big news, aside from stopping to take any entries (resisted 6 nice setups since yesterday night!) a couple sessions before it :

Closed my long at 2088..was hoping for 2095 but good enough for me seeing NFP in a few hours.

edit: couldn’t resist a small short from up here...wanting to makeup those few pips from 88 to 95 lol. Tight stop 2012

edit: closed the short @ 2076

Yes sure, that makes sense - but in case a 2mm number shows up we might see below 1.20s, so there is some known tailrisk here and someone who is very long can reduce a bit to be able to buy much lower just in case.
