Thanks to John, a new inspiration turns up from the I will code your EAs and Indicators for no charge thread.
There, John asked for the possibility to make an indicator (MetaTrader) that will manage chart windows in a faster way.
The indicator is still in the earlier stages but I have decided to share it here. Find it attached to this thread. That way, anyone interested in this indicator may provide some feedback that might be of great help in order to add more features to this tool and detect some issues that I hadn't already found.
How to use it:
Basically, you can remove subwindows of the chart by clicking on the corresponding button. And if you decide to bring it back, then you just have to click the corresponding back-button and click the subwindow number in which you want to set it back.
In the new version, the indicator will also manage main chart indicators. Also, thanks to some users' feedback, I have found the necessity to organize buttons in a more compressive way. Also pending, the MT5 version of this tool.
