I got what I wanted from my latest sell-scalper and closed.. I am on side lines again.. Will wait for this mini wave 5 on M15 to complete and let's see if bulls will show again.. No rush!

*If 1.2043 can't support I would say 1.2020 area probably will..

Looking good for the bulls now, falling wedge on H1, valid as long as the price is above 1.2039
EDIT: Spiked a bit lower, but I would say it is still a valid potential fake breakout.

The 5 wave mini correction on M15 is probably complete now but of course banks have to play their wxy shenanigans afterwards.. I let them.. Zzzzzzz...

This is why I only took two positions since 1.2 was broken.

A correction of some sort had too great a chance to take down any positions above.

At least till 1.205 would be clear.

BE + 10 + 193, which was a planned partial profit taking.

Bought the reversal on a volatility scalp at 343.

I will move at BE very soon And looking for reentries above this level right here.
If I don't mention SL and/or TP = longer-term setup possibly in the works!

On which time frame do you compute the rolling volatility if I may ask? Or do you just gauge it?

With pleasure nic9man. For this particular trade, it was on the 1m. In this case Volatility had to have a minimum of 2min. growth in one direction against 2min in another + had rejected an important longer term average support, in this case : .2031

This particular one was taken as a countertrend scalp, but Im almost already out. These usually have to happen as quick as the opposites immediate move.

Some of the reasons I am not out is it has a stronger possibility we are developing another shortterm ranging period, this level being a probable bottom; to be revised.

And I am already mainly in longs, and have prepared to take additional profits around 2011, if we reach it anytime soon.

Of course there is much more to it than that, but I hope I am clear enough and that my answer is satisfactory.

We are nowhere near these levels and who knows how far the bears will go with this move here.

AND most importantly, the 1.205s level has been a 100 bricks thick wall many times already.

Thankfully for bulls they have amazing momentum without any weakness whatsoever for over 14 trading days now.

If any BULLS can get above and stay above, it is these.
The BEARS that could take them down would be just as merciless.
So it is also means any reversal from below it or above, can be just as BIG as this move up we are witnessing.

I moved my scalp at BE at 3433. Not the best time.

Ranging time is more and more probable. Waiting.

Kept watching on side lines for some time.. I think 1.2052 is still good for scalp-selling.. Later if price drops deep enough towards 1.2020 I can decide to buy again.. First bears have to calm down!

Have revised, am leaving SL at 39, moving my 343 SL at 39.

Under 39 is entangled in a mini storm! definitely not worth having any buys with tight SLs below it anymore, at least not under these conditions.

Waiting till it calms down like Ata, at least till volatility of at least one side drops long enough.

Meanwhile on H1..

Bears are currently stronger.. Especially while below 1.2047 BUT draw down of latest buy level is still not enough to switch trend direction to bearish.. If we get there, I will eventually try to buy the dips towards 1.2020.. Until then will either wait on side lines or will keep scalp-selling 1.2047 area..
