Bearish guys might be right after all, here is a big rising wedge. The question is whether it will only be a small breakout to the shown downward sloping line or whether it will go to 1.1850 to form an inverse H&S. I think the downward sloping support will hold at 1.1920.

Honestly, I am in favour of the bears, we are currently on a turncoat resistance on daily on my system with a supply.

Keep in mind that we have achieved the bull target for the month IMO and hit first resistance on a monthly basis. So throughout this month, I expect sell off to begin.

We have what looks like a double top on 4hrs with a supply... Also notice the kind of candles that have been printing on that zone(engulfing candles)

We are also at the upper part of a rising channel and rising channels usually break down.
Besides price needs to go and retest the falling triangle it broke out from which may or may not act as support

PS: I could be wrong, so take this info with a pinch of salt

Here are my 2 cents :


Bulls momentum has not shown any confirmed weakness, for over 2 weeks now.

We are at a repeatedly tested resistance, and I will not ignore that, as it could be the last time price hits it, and falls.

This level of resistance is weakened though, by the strength of this month's continuous move up. It is very possible that it has already become support. We will know shortly for sure.

I cannot forget the many times such moves have broken through much more than what we have seen it do up to now.

SO

As long as this momentum stays intact, I will keep on mainly buying, as I have since the 6th when the bears lost their own two weeks reign.

Now the bull have their REIGN, but I will not guess when it will end. I WILL WAIT TILL IT ENDS.

On a crazy note :

RANGE HEAVEN! Are we out of it yet ?

For the last 3 trading days, price has been stuck in a 30some pip range, and price could continue to struggle within it.
Lets keep that in mind before buying high and selling low all the time Cant wait !


Being extra careful, as volatility can build up way above average under the circumstances mentioned above.


If it goes straight to .2040 from here, I would be expecting some fireworks :
some above average volatility for awhile both ways OR, simply, a clean even stronger move up above .22 levels.
If it goes straight to .2040 from here, a direct reversal without a fight would be less likely, but have planned it nonetheless.



Looking to take partial profits from my longs around .2050 or around .1920

Among other plans I have with this pair for now:

Will consider shorts below .1920

Will consider shorts below .2040 IF price breaks through 2050 and plummets back below it, and further against the trend than it will have had seen this month.

Well shoot....my open longs from Friday slaughtered. Was up a few pips at the open having started the trade Friday afternoon. With the gap down decided to add a little too it and well you all know what happened next. Closed them loss -20 pips. And of course immediately decided to go short lol

Should be time then the EU to suddenly shoot back up!! lol...that's how it works for me! Okay, just joking and hope you recover some of that loss! Always a new day and more opportunities to come!
