It was a play of an hourly zone of interest together with some confirmation and signal on a lower timeframe.

The last few weeks have been difficult. I am sure it is because we had it so easy for a few years with Brexit/Trump and now we have to work at it.
The 08-00 break hasn't been as normal but if we watch the 00-00.4 hr range break we can sort things out. Saying that, even the 00-00 range has been tragic at times.
But price will finally go somewhere.

I know. I still have fond memories of when the 12-4am range would break once or twice a day max lol. I’m still of the opinion that if it fails twice, probably best to move on.

SSBO advisor - looks a mess but I can make it look pretty.

That is where the Opportunist trades enter.

ie, open a chart and see that the first 00-00 break has failed.So trade second.
We must also remember, once we have a break (even a first) how many points are we after?????

normally a day like this would be quiet as expected.
Range maybe 40/60 BUT it can move unexpectedly.
Normally the 08-00 break will be ok for 5 plus spread..
But , not for me. i am off to the sea very shortly. then mess around with my bike.


edit, NFP today too, that seems odd as it is a holiday.
edit, i am not 100% sure about a holiday in USA, AND i am not going to google it.lol

Nice, ill head off to the sea aswell at some point. There is an easterly swell at the moment for most of the UK, so the seas might look a bit different from what you are used to.

What do you ride?

A good friend just got a Husqvarna Vitpilen, pretty neat for a modern bike.

Surprised it still works. Plan to run it live on AJ after holidays. See if it does work on current mt4 build. Compiled it and got 0 warnings. 18 errors but that's no big issue.

Are you still looking at at 12-2am range on AJ Claudia? I know Michael has been using the 10pm-midnight range and shooting for 4 pips. That works well most days too.

12-2 am is my preferred at the moment. Nothing wrong with 10pm-midnight. Need another advisor coding for it as it's a great pair to trade overnight - ok for Michael where he lives ! Good to hear he's following it.
