The question now is will price bounce at 1.2025 support area? From my experience, when price reverses like it did right before support and then has that massive stop hunt, this next level of support just gets destroyed. I can't imagine price bouncing there after that massive stop hunt, I think bears still want to go even lower... Instead of covering my short, I will keep holding until I see a REAL sign of bull strength. Up 95 pips atm

If Monday candle can close below 1.2049 it will be good for bears..

H1 Status Update

1.20595 area is most current aggressive sell level and is pierced with a 10 pips draw down so far..

Yeah, but if this breaks above and closes above 1.2044 on the 15 min chart, I may actually end up ditching the short. Price is at it right now, I will watch carefully... I expected 1 more low and we got it barely, but we're at my resistance line again.

I'm starting to change my mind for the first time, this looks like market wanted to go up and got forced down to make everyone short, the lower low condition I needed was met barely. If this closes above 1.2044 I might just switch long, this is far too much accumulation when it should've dropped. classic W pattern

ES pulled back. Let's see what EURUSD behaves in next 24 hours. Possible pullback to the 212x area.

Expecting bounce before further drop, will wait for 2130-2160 area to short. Any recovery here is good for 100pips, pair missed a number at 2120 this morning, Not going to risk shorting here, not worth it. If it goes down without warning, ready to buy at 1920-1950

My gut tells me that it's a W even though I'm short. If 1.2056 doesn't hold as resistance, I will probably get out of my trade...

Fair enough, more of a triple top on dxy, some divergence showing on 15m EU on that last run down. Treasury yields falling back a bit and indices flying so it should put the brakes on the dollar for now. Up we go

My final analysis tells me the long term trend is still short but we're in a potential long term pullback phase, if I get stopped then so be it but I will look to re-enter short or just flat out hold my short that's up 50 pips (although the max pullback I have is to 1.21258)

Image 1 (4h) shows that price barely missed the obvious support levels by a few pips. To me, that means either we will revisit it soon (which would make a perfect long stop hunt), or that when we actually visit that level again it'll just shatter it. (Then I expect the REAL long term pullback to occur)

Image 2 (5 min) shows that price was somewhat trending up and kind of consolidated after climbing. The first red box shows what I believe the market wanted to do, black box after is algos buying the crap outta this. The following drop is the result of what the market wanted to do + algos selling (trapped "breakout buyers") and now we're in another consistent buying phase, and this move looks too clean.

Right now on the 5 min, we are very slowly climbing up and consistently. To me, this is very unnatural and artificial almost as if there's someone consistently pushing market long orders to make people go long/scare shorts. I'm hopeful that we see a massive sudden drop soon, I expect price to ride along this line for a few more candles before a massive drop. IF we drop, I believe we're going much lower once again since this massive wick stop hunt was too convenient for whales for just a small run down.
