equiti is on-fly even number of orders exceed 3000 orders
may the reason of "ir-response " is that Sleep function has a value of 0 milliseconds!

each 63 updates 0.000 TP(NEW ORDERS) will be changed to required TP
so if upper update timer is divisivle by 63, we expect TP set to reqwuired . .
63, 126, 189 all are divisable by 63
you can say 63u=63sec if expert timer is 1 sec
but if expert timer is 3.000 seconds, u = 3 sec, therefore we expect each 189 sec to update TP (189 sec= 63 u)
63 is your choice.
here we increase speed of expert by 50%
we expect less job during hurt-operation of order-entry.
also if TP is hidden - red TP - you will notice check every 63 u.

I would suggest halt the trading only. Rest settings can be changed later on if required.
