For next week pay attention to AU AC AN AJ EA Weds I am anticipating AUD deflation.Even if numbers come out slightly positive IMO AUD may already be priced in by then AC specially is at strong resistance zone.9850 EA hit bottom of strong R we are monthly yearly low {image} {image}
Ignored
I am short AJ and AC so am hopeful that the upcoming Aussie unemployment data will trigger a correction, however longer term I suspect we may not get a change in trend until after March end of Jobkeeper programs that have been providing massive stimulus since near start of covid.
Hope for the best, prepare for the worst.

closed 50pips in nice profits.

Take away from last week and in general.

Pivots work until it does not.I would say about 80% of times swings adhere to its basic structure of weekly ADR and Pivots but obviously there are times like last week it failed specially against AUD and NZD both got lots of love from market which was driven by fundamentals such as renewed fears of new trend of Covid, shuts downs, and its ramifications. If you must take a loss do it.Save your troops for another battle.Losses are part of the game as much as cook getting his hands elbows burn occasionally.Part of the business.More you are comfortable with this better trader you will be.
Another thing.Don't read lot of "traders" here what they have to say and there are plenty here about price etc.Bottom line nobody knows the future, its all probabilities.
Stick to what works for you and get better and better at it.Clear your head,do your homework events analyses.Get a feel for market sentiment.Stop throwing lots of oscillators, indicators and al that garbage on your charts.Reduce as much as you can until you see what price is doing clearly.
Cheers and

I had my share of my ART getting rejected from galleries and never stopped me from creating more ART

Stephen King

In another instance in the never ending series “Book Publishers Making Dumb Decisions”, mega novelist Stephen King had his first book Carrie rejected 30 times.
Dejected, King dumped the book in the trash. His wife retrieved it and implored him to resubmit it which led to his first book deal and spawned his illustrious career.
Michael Jordan
Either he was part of the greatest high school roster of all time or his coach made a huge mistake in cutting Michael Jordan from his high school basketball team. Six Championships and five MVPs later, Jordan became arguably the greatest basketball player of all time.
Jordan famously said:
“I have missed more than 9,000 shots in my career. I have lost almost 300 games. On 26 occasions I have been entrusted to take the game winning shot, and I missed. I have failed over and over and over again in my life. And that is why I succeed.”
There are thousands more people achieving success after multitudes of failures.Winners have winning attitude.

"These famous and highly successful people’s crowning achievements stem from drive and determination as much as ability.
Persistence and certitude are the difference between success and failure. So if you want to succeed, don’t be afraid to fail.
Fail often, fail fast and learn from your mistakes. The more times you fail, the closer you’re getting to success."
In trading, you have to be defensive and aggressive at the same time

Hi guys for immediate possibility next week AC is prime to short. Above 99 is multi year high and frankly its unsustainable number now IMO
I anticipate gap down on AUD pairs specially AC on open

For every action there is reaction. Banks who purchased AUD are seating on hot coals and in my view will get rid of it fast.

re bolded - why would this drive AUD and NZD higher when the initial covid responses on them was massive weakness?

Hello again traders , I've been MIA for quite awhile.
Love Davit's post on success.

However , obviously the USD has gotten hammered due to COVID. From March to June 2020 , MAJOR DOWNTURN AGAINST THE CAD. This has not happened since January 2016.

Just an observation , looking at the BIGGER PICTURE , ----LOOKOUT if the USD/CAD breaks below 1.25 !!!!! IMO , Oil has absolutely no bearing on what is going on here.

Sincerely ,
GreenEarth
