should have stopped at one trade. plus 13T first one, lost most of it, minus 11T on the second one. looking back at it, the second one was a lower
high overall. should have kept an eye on it looking left. volatility picking up a bit.
good luck

It's been really challenging for me lately, had a bad day on Friday - 30, worst in a long time. Today, flat. Week before flat. Can't afford the stops on the NQ, try as I might in Sim. So I'm stuck with the YM for the forseeable. I think it is doable, but a lottery on what sort of day you are gonna get, & it dries up so quickly. Harold was right when he said it was inconsistent.

One bit of good news, treated myself to a new mac mini with the ARM chip. Thought I was going to have to run Sierra in a laptop, but no. I have to plug these guys because their support was really good. Works fine great looking at charts in 4k

Agree, now I strongly believe what makes or breaks you is ever changing market conditions, not your systems..... When market conditions are good, even a very simple MA crossover system can work!

back to the "plus 3s". got 3 of them in a volatile market. market conditions remain elevated making accurate entries tough, for me anyways.
had to drop down from 500T bars to 375T to spot better entries, but it moves fast. will look at the market after breakfast.
good luck

well done! swing trading has been good to you. looks like you are managing the stops well. on the other hand it has been a bit "brisk" for 123s
pull backs etc. at least for me. two trades, a minus 12T and a plus 14T (escaped getting stopped by 2T).

+16 Good result for me on a Monday... Bailed early on the first one, just being risk averse because of a crap couple of weeks.

J, looks like your mojo is back. one trade this morning, got up late after a rough nite revisiting dinner. cook your shrimp well!
anyways, the graphic details below, plus 13T after missing an entry short. won't push my luck this morning.
