EURUSD short
Expectation is still a NSL although we won't get too far because we almost retraced 100% of the current main swing.
Price target on the AB=CD completion

Will join you soon if I haven't missed my chance on this swing. Expecting one more challenge to the topside. I wont be trading the same TF but the ST swing down.

Update on the longer-term 6E play. Getting aggressive with the trail.

Also, got stopped on the longer-term dow play. I have learned you have to give the YM some space in your PRZ. Usually a stop should go above the 161.8. Had I of done that I would have been sitting on a 200pt winner right now. Lesson learned.

Hey spetscom, one pip is the equivalency to one point of movement in the futures. The value is the same as futures depending on how many units or "lots" you apply to that pip or point whether it be $10 or $1000. So if I win 10 pips (or points futures) at $10 each it will be $100.

So another tiny losing day. I don't mind losing days like this because 1 winning day will erase 10 of these losing days. Don't forget losses are part of life in this industry. I am confident with my trading plan. My capital is still protected and ready to battle tomorrow.

I would've traded this long but the current retracement has a lot of bearish momentum.
Best to wait and see how this plays out.

Trying to milk NZDUSD again.
Tthere is currently big momentum to the downside while upward force is waning.
Price did retrace to the zone of confluence (resistance, AB=CD, fibs, etc.)
LH followed by NSL
Zooming out, we can see that it's inside a forming Gartley Pattern. Right now we're near point C.

For USDCAD
Sellers are being countered hard by buyers right now. Right after the creation of a NSH, buyers came back and drove price near retest levels.
Momentum of buyers also matched that of the sellers
Our expectation is still a NSL but it seems highly unlikely especially since the bears aren't instantly driving price back down signalling exhaustion.
Will try to see if there are any countertrend trades in the future since orderflow is breaking down.

This may create a nice ABCD to the down side to enter your long (complex correction). Patients for me was the hardest lesson to learn, still is some days.

Yeah... as Mr Pips kept reiterating, we shouldn't chase after trades. I do find myself chasing trades because of FOMO. The hardest part is changing the way we think and approach this market.
