since it is on broker server not on your PC.

max time is 360 sec = 6.00 minutes (not 10 min)
360/60 = 6

therefore if you want more time for trades delay, play with experTimer an TradingTimer

let us check the possible max pause order execution on max ranges:
expert: 3600 = 1 hour as mentioned yesterday
trading 360 updates.
iteration 6 minutes.

therefore if we choose these values, after 360 hours (1 hour * 360 updates)first order will be executed,
then second order after 6 min and so on till the last dashboard pair,
then we wait another 360 hours

360 hours = 15 days

first order after 15 days
second order if any after 15 days plus 6 min (inside iteration loop over 28 pairs)

my answer or my suppose was:

eventually a pause time pro trades... 1 minute to 10 minutes.. that we can decide.. so if spike agains us... the ea.. will stay cool .. if spike with us.. the EA can .. open the positive grid
