That was exactly the point.

The HLC Volume is printing green volume, even making higher highs yet price does not reflect that, price is still falling. So there is not enough buyer volume.

Look at the height of the red printed bar of HLC, it is significantly lower than the green but price shows bearish engulfing thus a sell signal.

i think we need order flow so can figure out how volume working inside bar.
