I havent taken a trade on Eur since LO, haven't liked the look of it, no point hunting for a trade. On one hand it looks like a little bull flag on M5 but then we have a gap on DXY and it's showing signs of popping up any time (at the bottom of an ascending channel) so I don't feel comfortable taking longs. And I missed the opp to short R3 by a hair. Overall favouring down more than up for the rest of the day because of the picture on DXY but it's not clear cut.

Daily S/R Levels for Wednesday

  1. Nearest resistance for bulls sits around 1.2130.. If that level breaks the road to Cypher completion might open until 1.2175 in the first run.. Momentum will decide if the bull run will continue inside this week or not..
  2. Nearest support zone sits roughly around 1.2080/93 area..

Well, I notice something as per @energies sees (above comments).
If we notice MA behavior, it is about to crossover. If 200 MA crossed over 100 MA, then there may be trend reversal to downtrend. And it will be deep downtrend because of strong yet extended consolidation (50+ bars and just 335 pips movement).
I put my short trade @1.21177 with SL @1.21400 with no TP (but I'll keep an eye, of course).
Red circle (1) shows MA crossover and the price went down, after that we saw some extension/gap in Moving Averages and the price went up. Now if we see, MAs are getting nearer and about to (may be) crossover (red circle 2), so it can be trend changer to bearish. MACD also looks like overbought and creating resistance (red circle 3). We can notice last MA crossover (black circle).
I can be breakout either way but most chances are downwards, but who knows. Let's wait and watch.
