Very similar levels to what I have. I just need to add one thing tough and this is purely based on tens of thousands of screen time experience: If today - which is very likely now - and tomorrow, the day closes above 1.2008, it will shoot up above 1.2100s.

Inverse head and shoulders on the4 hour time frame. Waiting for the break and close above 1.20545. If no break, I will reassess and take a sell. I don't see it happening today.

Today I made the same mistake as Friday's; could have closed well (at +10% for the day, today) and instead got in trouble with the sharp rise...

Still in the green though with 6.4% of account short @1.20585 (at this moment +10 PiPs floating and +6% on equity), TP at 1.20290; let's see if it gets there...


PS. I lifted Friday's short 33 PiPs, halved its size and made 6% on equity (now)... but had to take huge risks. Not good.
73 ops. (my broker loves me) 47% in profit.

Minuette wave (iii) target hit at 1.618. Wave (iv) should not go further than fib 0.5 (To validate the count).

How do you call that pattern? Cojones?

I'm short since 1.2063 and it's not looking great, but it's not looking great for bulls either. A flag seemed to form where price dropped from my entry point, there was a retest of a smaller time horizontal level before bouncing out and finding the previous resistance as support.

This up move has been incredibly slow which makes me feel that bulls are getting weaker. I can also be flat out wrong, but this is like a slow correction move going up. The daily candle may close bullish, but the size of the candle is extremely small compared to the previous engulfing. My entry may at 1.20629 may be breached, but I'll be looking for a short opportunity higher if I get stopped before I decide to go bullish again.

I need to see some type of bearish activity in the next 2 hours, I would hate to see this casually trickle up to make new highs.

As long as it doesn't happen on a live weather report I think we are safe on this thread.. Let's continue posting around EURUSD..

I actually didn't intend any vulgarity with that pic. Just outlined the inverse head and shoulders for the ones that are learning. I think maybe next time I will usea thinner line.

Congrats bulls, I really wanted to long that 1.2043 area with the W pattern and flag breakout but held back- oh well plenty more opportunities. The 0.618 retrace of the last upthrust of the W/neckline turned out to be the best place

I think now 1.2078 is good for a short, divergence on 1h and 0.618 retrace of most recent down move last week, plus we're in a demand zone in dxy, trying to work out a good target. Just a small intraday/scalp. We're also coming up to a big trendline on dxy

EDIT- I still think its not a bad place to short but I notice if you connect the recent highs and lows it forms a wedge, so maybe the upper edge of the wedge if theres confluence with another resistance would be ideal to short, theres a decent supply around 1.208x

A last kick up from the bulls to 1.2085/6 before short would be the ideal for me

EDIT- just shorted 1.2086 for the above reasons. Close to upper wedge TL, supply/resistance, on dxy the opposite so demand/TL on 4h, various divergences showing. 10 pip SL TP open
