Hi guys
Once again go over the calendar we got great number of red events next week.Have a rough plan how you are going to trade it.

On life in general.
I have been fasting every Saturday 24hrs last 3weeks and benefits are spectacular.If you want to lose weight reduce inflammation which causes number of ailments on the body and live longer fast.Short term fasting is key to live longer and healthier.
Skip breakfast eat 2 meals a day.When you sleep your body makes HGH human growth hormone which repairs your body and soon as you eat it stops hence skipping breakfast makes production of HGH longer.Anyway thought to share.In my opinion trading and being healthy is connected.
IMO Dr Ekberg is one of the best doctors on YouTube.

Life is Good!

Have enough sleep to rest the mind. Diet must be healthy and also our body need to detoxify.
An occasional porterhouse steak with baked potatoes and a bottle of Chianti is sheer delight.

So true! Don't forget regular exercise(cardio + resistance training) and stretching. You get weaker each day you're not getting stronger

likely drop to 98 or below next 12hrs

Both AU and NZD have been over bought and correction are due

Here's my day so far. Could of done better on CJ and EA. I'm really bad at posting live trades, maybe in the future.
