Ata, let me rather demonstrate. Here's the monthly chart for EURUSD. I marked the 01 December i.e. the beginning of the new trading month. I then marked the range high, January 2021 with dotted lines. If you drop down to the Daily, you'll find a perfect Cypher pattern in between those two lines. Yesterday I stayed up through early Asia session. Took Sell @ 1.2042. SL to BE TP 1.1978 and went to sleep.
Waked up just now with 50 PiPs running profit.
Just like Livermore said; it's the sitting tight (or sleeping) that makes the money.
Also, that anecdote of the guy who was constantly losing money so that his broker decided to always take the opposite side. Until he had an accident and was in a coma for months and his position made a killing while the broker was losing money. LOL.
