our Italian friend Ironshirow:
For SL and TP, they now are generalized for three states:
1) show
2) hide
3) none -- no TP, no SL, Neither shown, nor hidden

in default file: you can use only 3 values:
1) YES
2) NO
3) HIDE

does not matter capital or small letters.

Tried my best to consolidate everything till the latest version. I have separated the files into Manual and Trading Related posts. Will start consolidating new file Manual 02 and Trading Related file.

Thank you for your hard work assembling, however when I try to download the trading pdf it says it does not exist? Anyone else seeing this?
