In the 2nd viewing the arm and the leg "missing" are still on the same side of her body, so the 2nd pic looks like a reverse image.

Also in the last scene when she is laying down, she is wearing what appears to be a thin leather wrist band (on the supposed missing right wrist). At no point in the video including when she picks up the notebook thing, she is wearing it. I guess she decided to wear it at the last moment off the camera's view.
