The movers cannot repeat same pattern as last years start exactly because everyone would be on board and no way to get the traders money. So a little run up first to create an impression that this time it's different. But eventually they collected on the bear run.

Right here, it looks like a good time to test a long trade so small long at 1.2075, stop below 1.2050. No targets yet, looking to add on up moves only at this point.

I'm long from 1.2084 (the pullback) where I entered long, TP at 1.21019 for a small 16.5 pip profit. From there or a little higher, I believe price will come back to retest 1.2078 or to take out all stops before it flies back up where I will enter long and holddddddddd. If price just takes off and never re-tests, i will cry.

Exactly. 1.2118 - 1.2130 this zone is crucial. We will see bears reactions here. But if we enter @ right price a solid 25 pips we can get.

I booked both of my longs with small profit, looking to re-enter at 1.20648 targeting 1.21190, sl remains 50 pips

Almost 300 pips move from 2350, did bears had enough?

Just my thoughts.

Profit taking created this move in the Asia after US Bank Holiday is over and we may see more of this after the US Opening, but I don't think that all the bears got scared away. I will be convinced for a real move up after 2180 is taken out, until then the lows are still in danger and greed should lead to more downtrend or ...

... don't forget that the same greed might help EU advance higher, retail is blind too many times and can't see the details in the making.

It looks like it's creating a '' W '' pattern which will settle @ 1.2253 - 1.2276.

The 50ema on 4hrs is @1.2164, and ideal point for pullback 38% on FIB.

As long as no 4hrs closes below 1.2072, we'll likely see 1.2130 - 1.2164.

On bears side if we take out yesterday's low then 1.2011 - 1.1965 is the zone. A weekly TL is passing through this.
