How do I do that? Different brokers have different time on their MT4 platforms. And they sometimes change it too. I go by NY time zone, because I learned it that way.

Another HINT to this "indicator" - if there's NO divergence like in the recent example, then market will continue to go in the direction it's going and there will be NO short term reversal. Hope it helps.

The signal of today is clear downtrend. Since early morning from H1, you have to see!!! step by step goes down!!!After finished (H4) red doji, mostly it will got revesal and continute goes down!!! (the case is wenn by downtrend), checked the week chart and today ist weekend. most people pass the chance away for " SHORT"

I was shorting since today made lot of profit with scalping style

I have been visiting this thread for almost a minute , and to be honest I learned a LOT from you guys especially ata and andvk74 ... I am new to Forex trading for almost 2 month, with your inputs here I could manage to be somehow be consistent profitable. somehow is the key word in the previous sentence


I am trying to be able to analyze the market as you guys using candlestick and trend line but not able to .. I took a an online course , but it was not that helpful.

do you have any suggestions?

I have an entry order at 1.2078 where my first target is at least 1.23621 but it can probably go straight to 1.365. I believe the market will most likely come down to my level today where it will bounce slightly and at the start of next week, it will be pure bulls only.

My short at 1.21727 target 1.2078 (96 pips) got stopped and I'm still pissed about it. If price bounces off of 1.2078, according to my pattern we'll see the same burst high compared to Feb/March of 2020.

You can lose your money and possibly lose. So trade wisely.
I'm done for the week. Patiently waiting to see the COT report. After this hour I don't trade and especially on Fridays, because from now till the close - it's pure manipulation.

Welcome to the family.. please make sure to read our rules on page 1 and enjoy the thread afterwards.. Start without spending money to build your base knowledge.. On youtube and internet there is a lot of free information.. Begin with learning the basics with help of the website: "https://www.babypips.com/learn/forex" and also stick to this thread to check how traders post and share here.. Don't rush, have patience and discipline and time will tell if you will like trading or not.. You will not find out if this business fits you before a couple of years of struggle.. You also can't expect to become a successful trader quick.. It takes long years to even begin grasping the fundamentals of trading and comes without a guarantee to end up successful.. My two cents

Entry at 1.2078 triggered long 15 pip stop loss 7.35 lots, price would normally bounce off from here but since it's Friday it can easily close at or below my level. It would be ideal if it bounced from here a little so I don't have to worry about my stop loss. This should be the biggest turning point straight bull if it follows my pattern.
