I just want to say that may be able to make something on your searching be clear....

I am not really so sure but...

Everyone who hear touch trade and trade every first time back.....

Please question it by your own.

Time by time I and you (may be) will see that touch trading needs an engulf.... And engulf means PA.

I guess touch trading is about how to enter PA trading (setup) with very small SL (less drawdown).

I say this to make sure not to make more difficult your hard learning process.

That ofcourse touch trading and PA trading are not the same thing...

TT(touch-trades) can create a lot of confusion. If you have a monthly LS/FL to touch from, you wouldn't TT the monthly chart. In fact, you shouldn't expect more than a simple bounce at each of these levels unless they are some sort of MPLs. What you should expect is, on the monthly chart to touch some H4 or even h1 levels, and your first target will be at your first h4/h1 level. Should you take your first target here? It depends. If the price goes quickly through your h1 target you should let it run until the PA goes against you. If price just bounces around your first target, maybe you should look in M5 and take enough of your trade out, in order to be safe in case the trade goes against you. I think I'm going to put all my understandings in a video somewhere and maybe we can learn something together. It would be nice if we can get together into a group so we can analyze our charts and help each other. PM me if you are interested.
