Well, in general DXY and EUR are moving the same just as a mirror image. So they create highs and lows and if DXY for example runs above a short term HIGH - EUR will run below a short term LOW. But if the system BREAKS (so to say), then it's usually a SIGN for a short term reversal. Just see for yourself and you'll notice this happening almost ALL the time. Of course they're other factors we have to consider as well, but I found this as the BEST indicator to spot a short term reversal points.

Let's see how it unfolds today. This is what I have on my charts as of now. As you can see they're almost identical. And so far moving the same (with NO breaks in the system, as I call it)

In the last two days I read a lot from MMs like „EURUSD will probably go down further before making new highs again“. Often when many investors have such a trading plan prices would rise right away instead of dropping first. Let‘s see.

Thanks.. My H4 chart that I posted yesterday helps me a lot..

*While inside the falling wedge yes bears have the upper hand.. but if day brings a break-out bulls will kick in heavy.. For now 1.2175/87 area is strong resistance!

It seems the big players wait Fed chair Powell Speaks witnin 6 hours after London close.
IMO all these tails look very suspect. I see it stalls before it's going to run below it. Time will tell.
It also left a trap (as I refer to it) inside the yellow box.

Once current hourly candle closes (13 more minutes) I will begin to watch 1.2151 area if it acts supportive or not.. I expect bulls to show themselves much more obvious soon if we see strong support..

It looks to me it'll hit 1.2191 and then probably 1.2211.

A 60 pips sideways for rest of the week.

Managed to grab 10 pips on the wedge on the short side but my scalper fingers weren't quick enough to get much on the morning moves.. bounce off the supply was obvious in hindsight, as was the break and retest of the double bottom/W pattern

30M TF MACD is interesting and might follow what was happened last Tuesday before going short. Be careful.

For me a very important level on M15 is 1.21445 - if M15 closes below it, then the next stop is going to be a NEW WEEKLY LOW.
I'm just waiting for the market to make a FIRST MOVE and then I'll react.
Now my attention is HERE.

Previous turning point was just one 15 min bar before the predicted bar and it was a nice low
Another EUR/USD turning point on 1H chart which will occur on 2021.01.14
EST time in 15 min time frame included
