Disliked{quote} Downloaded this indicator from the forum recommended by kette a few days back, attached it to charts and guess what - its shape and behavior is very different from kette's uploaded charts (did not change the settings - again, that's what kette said answering my question about the settings). Maybe there are several ccfp indies? Thanks.Ignored
DislikedI think what I find a bit peculiar about CCFP (although I see some value in it), is the direct inversion between the base and quoted currency. In theory then, you only need to look at the base currency in CCFP in order to make a judgement, especially since both oscillate and and cross around a zero line. But if you think about the principle of CCFP, then that directly inverted pattern should not exist. Perhaps there is more I don't understand about it.......Ignored
Dislikedfor dax and dow, s & p 500 it doesn't work if you have any questions {image}Ignored
Disliked{quote} The mp youre using wouldnt work for sp500 and dax and other stock market because you are using cash market data. But it would work for forex since it is the spot market. The problem with trading forex there isnt real volume being recorded since it is decentralized. Im also an institutional trader for barclays , We do not trade fx for this reason but I am having fun experimenting with its algo. CheersIgnored
DislikedKette, do you use the CCFP cross or direction ? Because the indicator is permanently diverging or converging, the direction is quite powerful.Ignored
