this setup is counter trend trade.. long is against main trend on daily TF.. but i take a chance for retacement on daily TF.
retracement on big Tf is reversal on lower TF..

Good morning all Bullish open for GBPUSD and a 50+ pip weekend gap - longs on pullbacks preferred atm.

Possible retracement short arriving at 1.3450.

AU looking a bit tired up here. I wonder if we get the pullback from here into 0.75 or 0.7450 ahead of the next leg up to 0.76.

USDCAD appears to be holding quite firm at 1.2750.

Some decent levels on GBP crosses here - GBPCAD 1.7150/50% and GBPNZD 1.89/61.8%, GBPCHF 1.19 and EG both previously posted.

I agree. I am still holding my UCAD long trade. It has to clear 1.2775 and 1.2830.

Yes, it's clear USD crosses are a bit over cooked and are pretty exhausted at these levels. I would think at some point this week we should see a snap back.

USDCAD just needs a bit of a kick and this one should be a good runner. 1.27 can't be ruled out given that's extremely close just under lows.

Yes, I like the thinking here. GBP crosses are a great choice to have on the menu this week as movement is pretty much assured.

I think we all got a bit tied up with a few grinders last week.

Actually GBP might be the only game in town right now.
