Dislikedhi I'm looking for a long-term strategy that allow me to trade to days or weeks I want the rules of the strategy are as follows: 1 - dependent on support and resistant only 2 - No indicators 3 - does not require follow-up news Stop-loss is small and profit is high (1:4 or more 4 at least) I do not mind to use of FibonacciIgnored
Dislikedi am happy to see you guys interesting in same way : for me i don't believe in risk/reward 1:1 so i trying to control in money management with that startegy i started in june with risk reward 1:50, until now i can't determine results of experiments but maybe at next june i will be able to decide if my experiments going well or no , but i have to admit my account still survive until now , my idea is lose a lot small trades that can make my balance turn to be minus but all i need 2 or 3 trades to cover my loses and get profitsIgnored
Disliked{quote} Lol He acts like he knows every thing about everything right now, but not too long ago he knew nothing {quote} Looking for holy grail with 1:4 RR and ordering people to give him the strategy. {quote} Does not believe in 1:1 RR, his strategy gives him 1:50 RR lmao. Can't take you seriously Rtkwar.Ignored
Quoting KoopDisliked10k max loss does not mean you have a 10k account and you have to double it, you are wrong. You can't buy 50k lots on a 10k account with 1:100 leverage. but you can do that on the 100k accountIgnored

Disliked{quote} Should have banned Rtkwar long time ago. He just comes in here as a critique. Never even shared any MFF experience with the firm. We share experiences and opinions with MFF. I don't know why it ticks him off. I wonder who the real stupid one is really. Oh well... Good luck on the new MFF account bud. Keep us posted.Ignored
DislikedRight guys on my way and started with a 1% loss! But anyway now fully recovered I'll show my results on Friday but the consistency rule is the big thing of course. The key in my opinion is to start with a nice amount of lots/trades to leave the door open for when a really good opportunity presents itself. Here is the xls chart. 4 trades and 20 lots- So tomorrow I have a minimum of 2 trades and max 8 trades and min 10 lots and max 40 lots. A nice wide scope! {image}Ignored
DislikedHey guys, I started two weeks ago, but was entirely in a drawdown the first week and managed to break even last week. Couldn't taste the bi-weekly payout out. However, I am starting the week in confidence.Ignored
Disliked{quote} Very smart. The first day should set the tone for the rest of the week. Sounds like it would make things easier.Ignored
Disliked{quote} Thanks Koop Yes I realised that it's actually far easier to trade larger lot sizes less often rather then trading smaller lot sizes more often. This game is 99% mental! All trades carry stress. Better to cut the stress level down by trading less often and of course the benefit of trading larger lot size is immediate results - quick balance growth Of course it's all down to one's trading system. Identifying good solid moves and trading them. This morning I missed the good move on GU simply because I overslept...Ignored
Disliked{quote} Lol Have you ever missed a very good trade that would have hit a big target only to take the next Available set up and lose the trade? Terrible feeling. For the first time in a long time, i was just looking a Gold earlier this morning as saw a set up that fit my strategy and spent the next few mins trying to calculate/understand how position sizing works with Gold, only for price to move strongly and leave me behind. For instance, eurusd , 1.23455 - 1.23355 = 10 pips 1 standard lot @ 10 pip = $100 Gold, 1234.80 - 1232.80 = ?? Pips or points?...Ignored
