Dislikedhi all, i'd a problem with oanda us division. oanda banned me from trading and i can't log in to my account, including the trading platform. since i can't trade, oanda is charging inactive fees every month by deducting my balance. i wrote to ask my balance and oanda replied with a different amount that i last known. so, i'd wrote again to ask for my historical trading records but oanda had not replied for weeks. i'll like to know if anybody is facing this too. also, is there any way i can complain? thanks.Ignored

DislikedNo it doesn't work for me either. Oanda did say you will be soon required to use email instead, so probably they didnt implemented it yetIgnored
DislikedInteresting I opened an account with TXB, but decided to close it again, their spreads even worse than OANDA. BUT, to send back my money to my bank, took literally 2 clicks! Some of Oanda`s practices are really not worthy of a serious company.Ignored
