Yes, i think the same too. This gradual recovery might gives retouch since the drop is too fast causing liquidity void so price need to go back before real drop.

Morning gang Woke up yesterday, there was a gap down, I though huh, and went short... HA, it took 17 hours to all the way up and come back to hit my target! Thank goodness for that whoapping drop! Now I like that strong move, so I am short again.

NB, lots of election news coming out right now so yeah, who the heck knows what'll happen

Managed to slip in 2 more entries yesterday before the fall and after the fall, will be adding more entries when price break this support as the dollar strengthens.

i think good short at 1.1857.
but im bullish bias so looking for only deep retrace to re-add long.

I'm watching 1.18500 to end the retracement and add short positions., but anything could happen. Watch out for the dollar as it is not done going up it could go up for few weeks or more.

Took this little short trade. Held over the weekend, which I recommend you never do. Still feel strong about going bearish on it from 1850 down... as stated above maybe Wednesday maybe sooner for the drop. Dollars too strong it's testing.

That's where my alerts are set. I still think we could see a little upside tick, but not enough to go after. Short to 1820 at least.

As long the dollar keep rising I will let the EU run but my projection are next stop at 1.16500.

On a daily candle basis there is no trend change yet, however, the long legged daily doji tells that we are at a decisive point. 92.25 is key for DXY and we have not managed to close below. In the end it boils down to fundamentals. Are the PMIs really showing that the US economy is too strong for Corona or is there in fact a risk of a double dip recession going into the winter. If at some point it became clear that the US needed significant fiscal help again the USD would concede. I reckon it will but might be wrong.
From a technical point of view I think that the broad formation in EURUSD on hourly or daily candles looks like an ascending triangle. Though it is not clear cut if the resistance line is upwards sloping or not, which would make it a rising wedge.
Another day, another dollar.

I see nothing on the chart that indicates 1900 even...and even if we did that, it would most likely drop right away. Waiting for 1200 rather than 2000.
Everyone can see the chart, but only a few can actually read it.
